The meeting of the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee Alexander Lashin and the delegation of the Republican Forensic Science Centre named after Kh. Sulaimanova under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by the Director of the Centre Akram Khalilov was held on April 26.
The meeting was held within the framework of the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Forensic Examination: Theory and Practice in the Modern World” which was dedicated to the 10th anniversary of establishment of the State Committee.
The Agreement on cooperation between the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan was signed in 2018. The experts of the Center have visited the State Committee more than once to exchange experience in various areas of forensic expert activity.
Within the framework of the meeting the issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed, the delegation was familiarized with the main activities of the State Committee, equipment and technical facilities of some laboratories. During the visit the delegation also had the opportunity to visit the Scientific and Practical Center of the State Committee and the Institute of Further Training and Retraining of Personnel of the State Committee and also get acquainted with their activity.
