The Symbols of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus

The emblem of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

  1. The emblem of the State Forensic Examination Committee (hereinafter - the emblem) is a distinguishing sign of the state body and a symbol indicating the belonging of employees with special ranks or belonging of property to the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
  2. The image of the emblem is placed on the:
    • Banner and Flag of the State Forensic Examination Committee;
    • the items of the uniform, insignia of special ranks and insignia of employees of the State Forensic Examination Committee;
    • print, souvenirs, information, cinema, video, photo and other products made by the State Forensic Examination Committee and at its request;
    • official website of the State Forensic Examination Committee;
    • vehicles of the State Forensic Examination Committee;
    • honorary edged weapons.
  3. Image of the emblem can be placed in the offices of the Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee and his Deputies, the Heads of Territorial bodies of the State Forensic Examination Committee, in the conference room of the board of the State Forensic Examination Committee and other places determined by the Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee.
  4. The emblem may be reproduced images in color, black and white, and volume options.

Banner of the State Forensic Examination Committee

  1. Banner of the State Forensic Examination Committee (hereinafter - Banner) - a special badge of honor, a symbol of honor, valor and glory, which reminds of loyalty to the Republic of Belarus and its people, of the need to respect faithfully the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and to perform flawlessly their duties.
  2. Banner is awarded to the State Forensic Examination Committee on behalf of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
    Banner is retained by the State Forensic Examination Committee for ever regardless of the change of its name. Change of the name is recorded in a document of the President of the Republic of Belarus issued on handing over the Banner.
  3. In the case of the abolition of the State Forensic Examination Committee the Banner and the Presidential document shall be deposited in the State Institution "National Museum of History and Culture."
  4. The order of Banner removal and storage is determined by the Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee.

Flag of the State Forensic Examination Committee

  1. Flag of the State Forensic Examination Committee is its official heraldic symbol.
  2. Flag of the State Forensic Examination Committee is set on its buildings as well as in meeting rooms and the offices of the Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee and his Deputies, Heads of structural divisions of the Central Office of the State Forensic Examination Committee, the territorial bodies of the State Forensic Examination Committee.
    With simultaneous placement of the Flag of the Republic of Belarus, the Flag of the State Forensic Examination Committee and other flags (banners) their location is determined in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus on July 5, 2004 "On the State Symbols of the Republic of Belarus".
  3. Flag of the State Forensic Examination Committee can be used also during public holidays, celebrations, held by public bodies and other organizations, civil-patriotic and cultural and entertainment events to mark memorable dates.
