The visit of the Belarusian delegation to the People’s Republic of China has ended
Representatives from more than 10 countries of the world including Azerbaijan, Iran, Pakistan, Russia and etc. took part in the seminar. Several working meetings with the Rector and the Vice-Rector of the Institute for Forensic Science and Technology at the China University of Political Science and Law, the Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Arbitrators were held within the framework of the seminar.
This visit provided the Belarusian delegation with the opportunity to take part in thematic breakout sessions, communicate with colleagues from expert agencies of the invited states, share practical experience, discuss topical issues. The reports presented at the seminar touched upon the topics of international legal assistance in civil and commercial cases, the practice of international forensic cooperation, as well as the development of the examination system for legal professional certification.
The event was held in a lively and friendly atmosphere which allowed all participants of the seminar to exchange experiences and discuss the most promising areas for further cooperation.
The Deputy Chairman of the State Committee Sergei Evmenenko and the Head of the Directorate of Legal Support and International Cooperation Elena Kozyreva took part in the seminar on legal issues for Shanghai Cooperation Organization organized by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China.
