The negotiations on mutual cooperation in the field of providing technical means for forensic expert activity of the Director of RUE “Belsudexpertobespechenie” Maxim Mishchenko with the Director of the National Bureau of Expertises of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia Argam Hovsepyan were held on April 28, 2023 within the framework of the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Forensic Examination: Theory and Practice in the Modern World”. Argam Hovsepyan expressed readiness to consider the issue of acquiring technical means for expert and criminalistic activity, the necessary samples were handed over to the members of the delegation.

The parties reached an agreement on working out the issue of joint development of technical means taking into account the experience of Armenian and Belarusian colleagues.
