The Memorandum of Understanding between the Russian Federal Center of Forensic Science of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus was signed
In continuation of the visit to the State Forensic Examination Committee the official meeting of the delegation of the Russian Federal Center of Forensic Science of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation headed by the Director Yury Denisov with the Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus Major-General of Justice Alexey Volkov took place today.
Today the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federal Center of Forensic Science of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation have developed a trusting and mutually beneficial nature of partnership.
The Agreement on Cooperation in the field of forensic expert activity between the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation was signed in May 2016.
In the development of the abovementioned Agreement, the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of forensic expert activity between the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federal Center of Forensic Science of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation was signed today.
The subject of discussion within the framework of the meeting was the organization of expert examinations and their scientific and methodological support, organizational and structural construction of the forensic examination system and human resources issues.
”Such an open dialogue will create a solid basis for interaction, identification of promising areas of cooperation and further implementation of specific ideas“, noted Alexey Volkov.
For interaction with the State Committee in solving the tasks assigned to it the Director of the Russian Federal Center of Forensic Science of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation Yury Denisov was awarded the Badge of Merit of the State Committee bodies ”For interaction“.

The representatives of the Russian delegation visited laboratories of criminalistic and special examinations, where they were shown the equipment and technical facilities of laboratories and also got acquainted with the products of RUE ”Belsudekspertobespechenie“.
