The delegation of the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam arrived headed by the Deputy Minister of Public Security, Colonel-General Tran Quoc To.
The visit takes place within the framework of the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Forensic Examination: Theory and Practice in the Modern World”. The Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To made a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony of the Conference and congratulated the Belarusian expert agency on the 10th anniversary of its establishment, and also expressed confidence that the interaction of Belarusian and Vietnamese experts will only develop and increase.
During the visit, the Vietnamese delegation and the Chairman of the State Committee Alexey Volokov visited the Khatyn Memorial Complex, where they honored the memory of the victims and laid flowers at the Eternal Flame.
